What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Front Desk/Office Manager position at North Valley Physical Therapy?
We are looking for a team member to manage the front desk who has medical office experience and strong customer service skills. You will need to be a strong multi-tasker and able to see the big picture while not losing track of all the details.

Your Responsibilities as a Patient Services Coordinator
· Greet and check in patients and collect copays
· Answer phones
· Schedule new patient and ongoing patients
· Follow appropriate processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management
· Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
· Maintain paper charts, pulling charts for next day verifying need for evaluations or new authorizations
· Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and staff.
Your Responsibilities as a Office Manger
· Maintain Time Cards for Staff
· Oversee schedules to optimize patient visits
· Oversee all daily/weekly cleaning tasks are being completed
· Manage any staff issues with Owner/therapist
· Assist Owner with any projects or tasks as needed
Qualifications
· Prefer either PT or medical office experience
· 1 years of management experience
· 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred)
As you successfully meet goals regarding volume of patients seen there are bonues possible throughout the year.
Clinic Hours
Job is full time. Our clinic hours are 7:00 am to 5:30pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and 7:00 am to 12:45 Tuesday and Friday.
- We are a small tight knit office. We are looking for the person who will fit in with our work family and has the experience needed. Must be outgoing, organized and be able to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
