Responsibilities:
- Sell health insurance and related plans to individuals and families
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Evaluate clients’ financial situations and coverage needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and consistent follow-up
- Leverage networking, marketing strategies, and social media to generate additional leads and expand your client base
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week in the office; additional hours may be required to meet performance goals
- Utilize CRM systems, quoting tools, and digital platforms for client management
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
- Willingness to obtain a health and life insurance license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
