What You'll Be Doing

- Work leads - respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email with speed and urgency
- Tour prospects - show available homes across the KC metro and create a standout experience
- Drive applications - screen, evaluate, and push qualified applicants forward fast
- Close the deal - prep and send leases, guide new residents through signing
- Own your pipeline - follow up consistently and keep every lead moving
You don't need a real estate license or years of experience. You need drive, reliability, and the right mindset.
- Motivated by goals, metrics, and the satisfaction of closing a deal
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building rapport quickly
- Organized and able to manage a busy, shifting schedule independently
- Strong communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writing
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation (required)
- Background in customer service or sales preferred
- $22/hr during your 90-day paid training period
- $3,800/month guaranteed income floor after training
- Unlimited commission - no cap, no ceiling
- Mileage reimbursement after the first 220 miles/month
- Hands-on Kansas City market experience - leasing, applications, and contracts
