- Complete light carpentry work.
- Repair and install drywall.
- Paint interiors and exteriors as needed.
- Install appliances.
- Conduct light electrical work.
- Perform light plumbing tasks.
- HVAC Certification is required.
- 2 or more years of hands on maintenance experience.
- Proven experience in construction or general maintenance is required.
- Proficiency in key skills such as painting, drywall installation and repair, and appliance installation.
- Familiarity with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks is preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable transportation, personal tools, and a functioning cell phone with active service are essential.
