A Tampa Boutique Plaintiffs Personal Injury firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in Plaintiffs personal injury cases . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of at least two years litigation experience, particularly in handling personal injury matters. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently. Familiarity with e-filing, complaint and discovery drafting, discovery processes, interrogatories, RTP, in both state and federal courts is essential. The candidate should possess strong writing, grammar and organizational skills, a positive attitude, detail oriented, self motivation and dependability. Experience with Aderant, Microsoft office suite, adobe pro is preferred.
Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case management, document preparation and discovery coordination. Manage electronic filings in state and federal courts related to personal injury cases. Draft and review legal documents such as complaints, initial disclosures, initial discovery, responses to discovery, motions, witness and exhibit lists. Organize case file materials, maintain deadlines, and ensure timely submission of pleadings and documents. Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, experts and court personnel. Support trial preparation, organizing evidence and preparing deposition summaries.
