Seeking a skilled and professional Medical Receptionist for a small, private Pediatric practice. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a medical office setting. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and take messages for the doctor
- Schedule patient appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Provide support to the doctor as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in medical administration is a plus
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with EPIC
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
