We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Site Supervisor to oversee operations at a client site in Erwin, NC. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises and supervising on-site personnel.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (with additional coverage as needed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises through patrols and observation
- Enforce site policies and procedures consistently and professionally
- Supervise security officers during assigned shift and cover shifts outside of normal business hours, when needed
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms as needed
- Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Deescalate conflicts and resolve disputes using effective communication and problemsolving skills
Additional Expectations:
- Availability to cover shifts, work weekends, and holidays as required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Professional appearance at all times
Qualifications:
- Prior security experience required and supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass all background checks and company hiring requirements
