Experienced Residential HVAC Installer (Retrofit) - 2 years experience required

What You'll Do

• Install residential replacement heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Perform retrofit installations while maintaining high standards for timeliness, workmanship, safety, and efficiency
• Read and interpret installation specifications and equipment requirements
• Work closely with your support team to complete projects successfully
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and answer basic questions about their new system
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, code requirements, and company quality standards
• Complete job documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC retrofit installation experience
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
• Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

Preferred:

• Experience with a variety of HVAC equipment - including heat pumps, high-efficiency systems, and indoor air quality products
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• EPA Certification
