Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outpatient Therapist based in Lansing, MI, with flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic services such as individual, couples, group, and family counseling, developing personalized treatment plans, and conducting psychological assessments. The Outpatient Therapist will engage in case management, collaborate with community resources, and contribute to fostering a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth. The role may also involve participating in community education and promoting the principles of trauma-informed care.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Treatment Planning, including the development and implementation of personalized therapy plans
- Professional experience and knowledge of Social Work practices
- Proficiency in Case Management to coordinate care and resources for clients
- Experience in Family Therapy and working with diverse family dynamics
- Educational background and understanding of core Psychology concepts
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field with current licensure
- Experience in trauma-informed care or specialized training in trauma treatment is highly advantageous
