What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Mental Health Therapist position at North Star Wellness Center, LLC?

Position type: We work with clinicians to accommodate their employment needs. Full or part time scheduling options, as well as preference for W2 or 1099 contract employment
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinicians - LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, LLMFT, PsyD, PhD licensed in MI;
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma;
- Deep understanding of the unique challenges and experiences faced by queer and trans folks, with a commitment to providing affirmative and inclusive care;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with colleagues and clients alike with a commitment to cultural competence and racial responsiveness;
- Specialized training or certification in trauma-informed care and LGBTQIA affirmative therapy.
