Medical Biller (Dental Sleep Medicine) – Part-Time (1 Day/Week, Growth Opportunity).
Mesa, AZ (In-Person)
We are a growing dental sleep medicine practice seeking an experienced and reliable Medical Biller to support our billing operations. This is a part-time position (approximately 1 day per week) with the opportunity for additional hours as the practice continues to grow.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage medical insurance claims
- Handle prior authorizations
- Follow up on denied or unpaid claims
- Communicate with insurance companies and patients as needed
- Maintain accurate billing and documentation records
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience
- Ideally, have some familiarity with Medicare, AHCCCS, and commercial insurance
- Experience working in a medical office setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-driven and dependable
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with sleep medicine or DME billing
Compensation & Schedule:
- $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
- Approximately 1 day per week (flexible scheduling available)
