POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is your first opportunity to start your career growth within the North Star family and is essential to our client experience and requires excellent customer service, confidentiality, and exceptional time management. As a Client Services Assistant, you will be a vital piece of the advisor’s practice by completing the daily operations, including, but not limited to answering the phones, preparing for meetings, handling practice postal mail and email, utilizing computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Minimum requirements in terms of educational background, work experience, licenses /certifications or other knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Maintains confidentiality of information
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- High attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED
