North Star Manor is a Long-Term Care facility located in Warren, MN.
$ $43.50
Pay is based on years of applicable experience
$5000 Sign-On Bonus for full time positions

Overview of Responsibilities
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care to residents.
Administer medications and treatments, communicate changes in resident condition or physician orders, and complete clinical records.
Oversee the daily flow of the shift in which they are working.
Communicate with family members, physicians, and other appropriate individuals
Lead a team of LPNs, CNAs and TMAs to ensure staff are well informed of responsibilities.
Participates in an on-call rotation with other members of the nursing team.
Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current RN licensure with the Board of Nursing in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification
