Customer Care Advocate – Accuracy That Protects Clients

Wentzville, MO | In-Person | Full-Time
$19.00/hour | Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm

✅ What You’ll Do

As a Customer Care Advocate, you’ll serve as the final checkpoint before client applications are submitted for approval. Your attention to detail ensures every form is complete, accurate, and ready to go—helping clients get the coverage they need without delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review submitted insurance applications for accuracy and completeness
  • Flag errors or missing information and follow up with relevant teams
  • Take incoming phone calls and process credit card payments from current policyholders
  • Maintain high levels of consistency, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with teammates and support a quality-first culture

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and organized
  • Excellent written communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and autonomous work
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Prior auditing or quality control experience is a plus (not required)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8am-4:30pm
