What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAH - LPN-Walk In Clinic position at North Star Health Alliance?
Pay Range: $26.16-$33.40*
Walk in Clinic – LPN – Full Time Day Shift - 7a to 7pm primary shift - Req 9474
This position rotates every other weekend. Scheduling will be three 12 hour shifts one week then two 12 hour shifts and two 6 hour shifts (Saturday and Sunday) the other week
Under the supervision of a QMP, utilizes the nursing process to provide quality patient care. Practices in accordance with the New York State Practice Act, nursing department standards and hospital policy and procedures.
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current New York State license as a Practical Nurse, or eligibility for licensure in the state of New York.

Minimum of one year experience in medical-surgical or clinical setting preferred.

Must be able to care for patients in all age groups.
