CAH-Behavioral Health – Clinic Manager of Behavioral Health and School Based Clinics- Full Time- Day Shift-8a-4p -Req. 9155
Pay Range $$33.44-$44.30*
The Clinic Manager is responsible for management of assigned physician practices, their staff and office operations. Responsible for the enforcement of all policies and procedures. Ensure that the assigned practices and their offices are supplied and running efficiently. Will actively engage as an effective member of the care team within the organization. Ensures that patients are taken care of and properly directed. Position will work in collaboration with the administrative team, Physicians and staff to provide high quality patient care and create the highest productivity level possible in their assigned practices.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration, or health related degree or equivalent.

five (5) years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a practice, clinic or hospital.

Prior managerial experience required

Familiarity with Office of Mental Health (OMH) regulations preferred

Must be flexible with schedule to attend off-site meetings and communication after hours.

Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with staff, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.

Must possess the ability to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional staff.

Must have cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as a willingness to deal with patients, staff, and visitors at various maturity levels.

Must be able to maintain good staff relations and employee morale.

Must be thoroughly familiar with laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration and be able to read and interpret financial records, reports, etc.

Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc.

Possesses the ability to see out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices.
