What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate team members during your shift
- Ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures with consistency
- Support training and development of crew members
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Handle cash, inventory, and daily operational tasks
- Step in wherever needed to keep the shift running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred

- Strong communication and leadership skills
