About the Role

As a Direct Support Provider, you'll play a vital role in fostering independence and community involvement for the people you support. Whether it's assisting with daily activities, encouraging new experiences, or simply being a compassionate presence, your work helps transform lives. We offer flexible hours with full-time and part-time positions available across day, evening, and weekend shifts.

What You'll Do

• Provide respectful, person-centered support in clients' homes

• Assist with daily living tasks tailored to individual needs and goals

• Encourage participation in community activities and social engagement

• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and team members

• Support safety and well-being through thoughtful, attentive care

Who You Are

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED

• Physically able to assist with lifting up to 75 lbs, with support

• A safe, responsible driver with a valid license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

• Willing to complete background and abuse record checks

• Compassionate, patient, and motivated to help others reach their potential
