Role:
Performs necessary assignments in controlling, imaging, storing, filing, retrieving, and protecting credit union documentation. Provides efficient and professional member service.
Implement and administer company-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow departments to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents.
Supports limited OnBase administrative functions including workflow configuration, retention management, and report validation in collaboration with the Data Manager.
