Do you enjoy connecting with people and educating them on new products or features and benefits that are available to them? This role will use your financial expertise to assist our customers in offering thoughtful solutions by tailoring products and services to support their financial wellbeing. You will identify the customer’s needs, explain, and promote bank products and services including checking, savings, certificates, maintains Individual Retirement Accounts, ATM cards, QuikCredit or make referral for investment products to new and existing customers. This role highlights internet banking services to personal and corporate customers to include bill pay and cash management services in addition to providing loan options and resolves customer problems and provides solutions where needed.

Follow established processes, guidelines, and procedures when interacting with clients while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

Efficiently manage your time.

Excellent communication skills - in person and over the phone. Has the ability to tailor features and benefits of products/services to customers with differing needs.

Must be a team player and work with all levels within the organization.

Able to work rotating Saturday morning schedule.


This candidate should have a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of related experience, or the equivalent. Candidate should have one-year experience and proficiency handling cash and managed a variety of bank transactions required. Teller experience is preferred by not necessary. Working knowledge of banking operations deposit procedures, checking/savings accounts (opening/closing procedures), knowledgeable in IRA’s, HSAs, and how trusts work, Quick credits, ATM cards and internet banking is required. Fiserv and Deposit Pro is a plus. Candidate must have strong communication skills through excellent verbal and written correspondence, effective listening, exhibit responsiveness and have high attention to detail. The individual must be able to work well independently with little direction, be solution driven and a good problem solver. Proficient with Microsoft is required and have the ability to learn and adapt to banking technology.
