This is a full-time on-site role for a Laborer located in Hanover, MA. The Laborer will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks, including but not limited to, loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, cleaning and preparing job sites, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed. The role requires physical stamina, attention to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in manual labor, with tasks such as loading/unloading materials and operating machinery
- Familiarity with cleaning and preparing job sites
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Good physical stamina and strength
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or similar fields is a plus
