What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Estimator position at North Star Auto Body III?
We are a well-established family auto body shop looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. North Star has 5 locations, with an expanding team of top-tier members.

We are seeking a knowledgeable, motivated professional who understands the collision repair process and can provide exceptional service to both our customers and insurance carriers.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple repair estimates while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer communication.
-3 years of professional auto body/collision estimating experience - preferred
-Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction
-Experience working with insurance companies and insurance adjusters
-Experience writing and negotiating estimates and supplements
-Strong understanding of OEM repair procedures and industry standards
-Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC ONE, etc.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-Ability to work independently while being an effective member of a team
-Ability to prioritize multiple repairs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Valid driver’s license
MONDAY - FRIDAY (NO WEEKENDS)
7AM-5PM
