Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Conduct assessments and track data-driven progress
- Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- Experience supervising RBTs / Behavior Technicians
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with children with autism
