***$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR ACCEPTED FULL TIME OFFERS WHO START FROM 3/17/2025 to 4/7/2025**
What You'll Do:
- Manage a caseload of 7-10 kids.
- Provide 3 individual therapy sessions, 1 family therapy session, 1 family engagement session weekly.
- Offer groups weekly
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team, a key strength of our program.

Compensation package:
- Highly competitive salary.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Master's Degree in human services field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling, education). Preferred: Licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist). Or, must be resident in counseling.
- Preference given to candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC. Some experience with children/adolescents.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Subject to pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.
