What You'll Do:

• Manage a caseload of 7-10 kids.
• Provide 3 individual therapy sessions, 1 family therapy session, 1 family engagement session weekly.
• Offer groups weekly
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team, a key strength of our program.

Compensation package:

• Highly competitive salary.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Master's Degree in human services field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling, education). Preferred: Licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist). Or, must be resident in counseling.
• Preference given to candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC. Some experience with children/adolescents.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Subject to pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation.
