Compensation
- Salary: From $17.20 per hour
- Additional: $4.57 hourly Health and Wellness stipend

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to support healthcare professionals and patients
- Assist with questions about affordability support, enrollment, program details, and consent processes
- Facilitate appropriate transfers for specific medical questions
- Capture and escalate any adverse events or product complaints following established procedures
- Provide support for general savings card inquiries
- Document all interactions accurately and according to program guidelines
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support program requirements
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: At least one year of call center experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong verbal communication skills that are clear, articulate, and grammatically sound
- Active listening and observational skills to respond appropriately to caller needs
- Demonstrated patience, confidence, and sensitivity during interactions
- Ability to maintain a natural and friendly tone with enthusiasm to assist callers
