Position Overview
We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused receptionist with experience working with insurance companies. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key part in keeping our front office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional first impression
· Answer and direct phone calls
· Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, updates, and documentation
· Schedule estimates, repairs, and customer appointments
· Assist with claim setup and file management (CCC experience is a plus)
· Provide repair status updates to customers
· Process paperwork, scan documents, and maintain organized files
· Coordinate with technicians, estimators, and management
· Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Qualifications
· Prior receptionist or administrative experience required
· Experience working with auto insurance companies strongly preferred
· Familiarity with collision repair processes is a plus
· Experience with CCC ONE or similar estimating systems preferred
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Detail-oriented and highly organized
· Proficient in basic computer systems (email, data entry, etc.)
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
