North Side Grille is looking for an energetic and organized Takeout Team Member to join our front-of-house crew!
Responsibilities include:
- Taking phone and online orders accurately and courteously
- Packing up takeout orders with care, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Delivering orders to guests promptly with a friendly attitude
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the takeout area
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen and servers to keep things running smoothly
Ideal candidate:
- Reliable, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Works well under pressure and enjoys working with the public
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
- Previous restaurant or takeout experience is a plus but not required
