Full Job Description:
North Side Audiology Group is a private audiology practice providing audiology and hearing care services including comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and hearing loss rehabilitation.
- Greet and assist incoming patients
- Answer multiline phone system.
- Schedule patient appointments
- Confirm appointments.
- Check in/check out patients: Collect insurance information and out of pocket payments.
- Post charges/payments
- Maintain audiologist’s profiles on CAQH and internal spreadsheets
- Receive/send packages
- Verification of benefits as needed
- Maintain weekly deposit sheet/batches.
- At least 2 years recent medical office reception
- Candidate must agree to a background check
Special Skills:
Excellent communication, organizational, customer service skills
Competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
References and evidence of qualifications
Exceptional professionalism, strong verbal and written communication skills
Superior multi-tasking; time management discipline
Strong relationship building skills with patients, physicians, clinical staff
Prior experience in the hearing industry a plus
