Truly Nolen's Outside Sales Representative role involves prospecting, inspecting, and closing new business for residential or commercial pest and termite control services. The position is a field-based, customer-facing role where you act as a brand ambassador within a defined territory.
Core Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research the market to identify potential accounts through networking, referrals, community involvement, and canvassing.
- Property Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of interiors and exteriors, including attics, crawl spaces, and rooflines, to identify pest issues.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and present service proposals to customers based on inspection findings, addressing their specific needs and setting expectations.
- Closing Sales: Achieve defined sales goals by finalizing contracts and managing your own sales pipeline and plan
