Church Administrator (CA) sought to support the congregation and oversee daily operations for North Shore Unitarian Church (NSUC). Responsibilities include acting as a liaison for church members, keeping accurate financial records, overseeing facility maintenance and security, coordinating custodial staff and managing the church calendar. Financial responsibilities include payroll administration, recording income, paying bills and coordinating the annual budget. Hours are flexible with core hours and occasional evening and weekend zoom meetings. Hybrid work schedule combining in-office and remote work is available.
This is a full-time position. The salary range is 45K-55K, depending on qualifications and experience, with excellent benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping/Accounting experience of at least 2 years.
- Competency with the internet, word processing, database, and financial management programs (experience with Google Calendar, Google Drive, Realm Church Management or QuickBooks a plus); demonstrated expertise in MS Office applications is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in office management; experience in not-for-profit organizations a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Respect for Unitarian Universalist values and principles.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality in relation to ministry, financial and pastoral concerns.
- Calm presence while dealing with complex issues and a sense of humor is always helpful.
