Job Title: Golf Course Maintenance Worker
Location: Floral Park NY
Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience and job responsibilities)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Golf Course Maintenance Worker to help maintain the overall appearance and playability of our golf course. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks to ensure the grounds are kept in top condition for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough areas using specialized equipment
• Operate and maintain landscaping machinery (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Perform course setup duties, including moving tee markers, cups, and signage
• Maintain bunkers by raking and edging
• Assist with irrigation system operation, repair, and monitoring
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf treatments as directed
• Remove debris such as leaves, branches, and trash from the course
• Support general landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, and sod work
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
• Knowledge of turf management practices is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform manual labor
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay ranging from $25 to $30, depending on experience and responsibilities

• Full-time positions available
• Early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
