This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to advancing Democratic values.About the RoleAs a Field Director, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing canvassing staff to meet campaign goals while overseeing daily field operations. You will monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and collaborate closely with the Lead Account Manager to adapt strategies and hit benchmarks.
