About The Role
This is a remote position responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion -- including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and execution oversight.
You will collaborate with office staff, field crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates using subcontractor bids, supplier quotes, and unit pricing
- Manage budgets and allocate resources across multiple projects
- Create and maintain construction schedules
- Present project breakdowns clearly to clients and internal teams
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
- Complete required job documentation and administrative reporting
- Coordinate closely with office staff and field teams
- 2-5 years of experience in masonry or construction project management and/or estimating
- Cost estimating experience required
- Masonry industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
- Established reputation in the Chicago and Milwaukee markets

Salary : $70,000 - $120,000
