Marketing Manager InOffice Position

Salary Range: $90,000 $120,000 (based on experience)
Position Overview
North Shore Living Herbs is one of Americas topselling herb brandsand were proud of it! Were seeking a creative, strategic, and collaborative Marketing Manager who can strengthen our leading market position, expand distribution, and develop inspiring, measurable campaigns that connect deeply with consumers and energize our internal team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in produce, agriculture, or CPG who thrives in a hands-on, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment. As an on-site leader, youll be closely connected to our products, our people, and our evolving brand vision.
Primary Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Strategy
Lead B2B Marketing and Communication (primary)
Lead B2C Marketing and Communication (secondary)
Align marketing strategies with sales growth initiatives
Create and execute the annual marketing plan
Manage the marketing budget and report ROI
Participate in strategic planning and leadership meetings
Brand Development & Product Ownership
Elevate brand identity, messaging, and mission-driven storytelling
Lead product development and manage new item setup
Maintain consistent brand presence across all channels
Develop strong product positioning within the produce marketplace
Oversee advertising, content, and digital media planning
Campaigns, Events & Client Collaboration
Plan and manage events, trade shows, and social media strategy
Build strong relationships with key retail clients
Lead co-marketing and promotional collaborations
Develop sales collateral, merchandising materials, and POS assets
Additional Responsibilities (As Needed)
Support employee training on product knowledge and merchandising
Lead packaging development and updates
Coordinate co-branded promotions
Stay current on food labeling regulations
Analyze category, consumer, and culinary trends
Serve as a food safety spokesperson
Provide internal spokesperson support
Participate in three mock recalls annually
Skills & Abilities
