Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and hygienic throughout your shift.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling basic food items when needed.
- Support the catering team by ensuring clean serving ware is available for events and banquets.
- Follow all food handling and safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dish flow during busy service times, ensuring timely turnaround of clean items.
- Contribute to overall cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold sanitation standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued.
