- General dental experience is ideal.
- Prior Dental Assistant experience a plus

Job Responsibilities include:
· Discuss treatment plans and present financial co-payments to patients for upcoming procedures.
· Working closely with office manager
· Check in and check out tasks such as collecting patient deposits, copayments or collections.
· Proper scheduling and filling schedule as needed.
· Welcome patients upon their arrival and escort them to treatment rooms.
· Light cleaning of dental operatory, front desk reception area and instruments.
· Respond to the patient's needs in a timely and professional manner.
· Provide information about our practice, available services and amenities.
· Attaching appropriate coding for services rendered in office, calling insurance companies.
· Sense of urgency when patient needs a treatment plan or booking immediately
