North Shore Dental is a privately owned, fee-for-service practice in Mequon. There is no corporate ownership, no regional management, and no production quotas.

We're a long-term team where both patients and team members tend to stay for years. Our owner-dentist works alongside the team every day, creating an environment built on consistency, respect, and excellent patient care.

What You'll Do:

You'll work directly with the doctor in a modern private practice that utilizes digital workflows, same-day crown technology, and advanced diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities include:

• Chairside assisting for restorative and surgical procedures
• Digital impressions (iTero preferred)
• Taking diagnostic radiographs, including bitewings, periapicals, panoramic images, and CBCT as needed
• Hygiene support and periodontal charting
• Sterilization and instrument management
• Efficient room turnover
• Fabrication of night guards, Essix retainers, athletic mouthguards, and whitening trays
• Light front office support as needed

• Has at least 3 years of chairside dental assisting experience
• Moves with purpose while maintaining attention to detail
• Anticipates what's needed instead of waiting to be directed
• Takes ownership of patient care and clinical flow

Compensation & Benefits

• $22–$25/hour based on experience
• Estimated total compensation typically exceeds $30/hour when bonus and benefits are included
• Collections-based bonus tied to practice performance through a transparent formula
