Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a part-time, on-site role located in New Hyde Park, NY. This team member will greet patients, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure a welcoming, organized front desk environment. Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying patient information, and handling basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry. The receptionist will coordinate patient flow with clinical staff, collect copayments, and assist with insurance-related inquiries as directed. This role supports a busy allergy and asthma practice and contributes to a positive patient experience by providing courteous, efficient front desk service.
