Schedule: Monday– Thursday, 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Answer any phone calls remotely every other weekend.
Compensation: Pay based on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations, handle client communication, and ensure a smooth experience for our customers. This is an in-office role, every other weekend you will have a phone to answer any calls for jobs to be scheduled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Provide quotes and service information to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate customer records and job details
- Coordinate with cleaning crews and management as needed
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Manage invoicing and assist with billing processes
- Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, spreadsheets)
- Reliable and detail-oriented
