Job Summary
As the Senior Vice President of Personal Lines, you will be responsible for strategic direction driving revenue and margin through successful operational excellence, performance, and culture initiatives of the Personal Lines division across the entire North Risk Partners landscape. You will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across all personal lines' functions within the agency establishing and implementing client service standards and standardized workflows through the utilization of technology. This role requires exceptional leadership capabilities, collaboration with national agency partners on industry best practices, and driving innovative, best-in-class service across the North Risk Partners footprint.

Compensation And Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $190,000 annually, plus benefits. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The hiring range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Essential Responsibilites
- Provide leadership and strategic oversight of all Personal Lines operations across North Risk Partners’ regions
- Define and execute long-term growth strategies, including development and implementation of department-aligned workflows that improve client experience through a focus on consistent and quality service paired with timeliness and speed
- Align workflow design with the identification of measurable service standards (KPI’s) and monitor and drive adoption of service standards
- Leverage automation technology, including RPA and AI, to power redundant tasks and elevate the level of personalized advisory to clients
- Mentor and guide Personal Lines sales and service leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and consistent service delivery
- Set performance standards and drive accountability for sales growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting and forecasting for the Personal Lines business line
- Develop and implement operational processes and best practices for personal lines across all offices
- Develop, implement, and monitor the hiring and training of the personal lines support staff alongside the Employee Relations team
- Analyze performance metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, agency policies, and carrier guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to create an integrated and seamless client experience
- Participate in key carrier relationships and guide sales and service leaders across the organization in maintaining those relationships
- Lead organizational change initiatives and manage the rollout of new technologies, products, and services in Personal Lines
- Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across all Personal Lines teams
- Stay current with market trends, emerging risks, and competitive products to inform strategy
- Perform other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)
- A combination of education and experience generally attained through a Bachelor’s degree (in Business Administration, Risk Management & Insurance, Marketing, or Operations preferred, but not required, with at least 10 years of demonstrated leadership experience building and implementing scalable workflows to drive exceptional client service and measuring workflow adoption and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Knowledge of personal lines industry strongly preferred, but not required
- A people leader with proven ability to develop trust in leadership among team members with a focus on talent development and change management
- Strong understanding of core business concepts and proven success driving revenue and margin performance
- Familiarity with a variety of computer software applications
- Self-starter who takes initiative to identify problems and lead by example
- Travel will be required across the North Risk Partners landscape
