North Rising Star is growing our team in St. Louis Park and hiring a full-time Sales Associate. You’ll work directly with customers, represent the brands and campaigns we partner with, and develop practical skills in sales, communication, and customer engagement.
This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk-all-day kind of job. It’s social, hands-on, and built for someone who likes staying busy and interacting with people.
What You’ll Get Involved In
- Meet and engage with customers in person
- Introduce customers to current products, services, and promotions
- Learn how to understand customer needs and recommend the right options
- Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
- Work alongside your team toward daily and weekly sales goals
- Learn the ins and outs of our campaigns and client brands
- Take part in regular coaching and development
- Build skills that can lead to greater responsibility within the team
