1. Prepare construction budget spreadsheet for project, per Project Manager. 
2. Assist with paperwork to track all jobs that are time and materials. 
3. Follow up/assist Construction Supervisors to obtain bids from vendors. 
4. Prepare all owner/tenant contracts for approval and signatures. 
5. Prepare all vendor contracts, once the owner/tenant contract is approved. 
6. Submit all budgets and vendor contracts to accounting for posting to Yardi. 
7. Coding of all vendor invoices for accounting for construction projects. 

1. Track all hours and job billings. 
2. Interface between Project Manager and Construction Supervisors. 
3. Attend weekly Construction meetings (every Tuesday @ 10am).

3. Computer Skills – Word, Excel, and Yardi construction software

5. Will use own vehicle for transportation to and from office.
