Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing leadership and support to our nursing team, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and attention
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including signs of decline, abuse, or neglect
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, care plans, and medication charts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, facility policies, and procedures
- Mentor and support new staff members to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
- RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
- Desire to work with the elderly
- Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary: $97000 - $106000 per year (based on experience)
