NRH Montessori is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Afternoon Teacher to join our thriving Montessori community. This position supports both our Primary (ages 3–6) and Toddler (ages 18 months–3 years) classrooms.
As one of the most sought-after schools in North Richland Hills and the surrounding areas, NRH Montessori is a year-round preschool program serving children from 12 months to 6 years old. We are looking for an individual who has a genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Montessori or childcare experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Energetic, patient, kind, and enthusiastic demeanor
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain a structured, nurturing classroom environment
- Deliver lesson presentations in accordance with Montessori philosophy and methodology
- Engage students in age-appropriate, meaningful activities
- Communicate effectively with parents, both verbally and in writing
- Assist with diaper changing, potty training, and daily care routines
