NETWORK SERVICES ANALYST
Position Description
Perform highly responsible administrative and technical work which may include managing and troubleshooting all activities involving personal computer hardware and software, access control systems, security camera systems, telecom systems, servers, and networking. Other duties include providing support to other departments and interacting with other City employees and citizens.

Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Leave
The city offers vacation and sick leave, as well as ten paid holidays. Full time employees earn three weeks of vacation during their first year of employment and 10 hours of sick leave a month.
What We're Looking For
- Associate’s degree in computer science, business administration or related field.
- Two years of experience in computer/network hardware, software, operating systems and email systems is preferred.
- Information Technology related certifications preferred. (CompTIA IT Fundamentals, Comp TIA A , Comp TIA Network )
- Valid Texas Class C driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a standard background check, as well as a background check through the FBI Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) and a drug screen.
Additional Information
Typical work schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with rotational on-call duties.
