About Us: North is a Real Estate, property management, and HOA management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented front desk receptionist who can handle fast paced customer service.
Job Description:
As a team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day to day operatioins and office culture. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering Calls: Professionally and efficiently handle all incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. As the face of the company, it is important to assist all of our clients in a professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
- Delivering Notices: Distribute important notices and violations to residents, HOAs, and clients.
- Scheduling and Follow-Up: Coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and performing follow-up checks to confirm work is done satisfactorily.
- Running Errands: Complete errands as needed to support office operations.
- Renewal and New Leases: Assist in handling lease renewals and new tenant leases, including preparing and processing necessary paperwork.
- Design: Utilize canva for office newsletters, social media birthday posts etc.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to closely monitor calendar dates and follow up on maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for running errands.
