About the Role:
At North Range Behavioral Health, we believe whole-person wellness means caring for both body and mind. Guided by our philosophy, “Mind the Body, Mind the Mind,” our Integrated Care program embeds behavioral health directly within primary care settings, reducing barriers and delivering seamless, person-centered support where patients already receive medical care.
Working side-by-side with medical providers across community clinics, our team provides screening, assessment, brief intervention, therapy, and case management to strengthen health outcomes for individuals and families. Within this model, the MAT Clinician plays a vital role in supporting recovery through comprehensive mental health care alongside medication-assisted treatment. By building strong therapeutic relationships, addressing co-occurring needs, developing relapse prevention strategies, and collaborating closely with medical providers and case managers, the MAT Clinician ensures patients receive coordinated, compassionate care that supports long-term recovery and overall wellness.
This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
What You Will Do:
- Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues. Provide screening, intakes, and assessment of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines.
- Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referrals. Complete written discharge summaries and correspondence within established timelines.
- Assist individuals in improving their well-being and quality of life by training in behavioral skills; educate clients to make information choices; develop client coping skills; help clients to problem solve and negotiate tasks of daily living.
- Maintain electronic health records in accordance with agency standards; confirm coding of services rendered is ethically appropriate and results in successful billing.
- Learn, utilize, and support fidelity of any evidence-based practices within assigned program to ensure effective interventions with clints.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have a Masters Degree in a Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Addictions Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or other relevant clinical degree from an accredited college of university.
- Have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
- Can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, fingerprinting, and drug and TB testing.
- Are Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Salary : $57,800 - $86,744
