What You’ll Do:
Manage business office functions including billing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and resident trust accounts
Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and resident billing processes
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Supervise and support office staff to meet goals and deadlines
Assist residents and families with billing questions and financial paperwork
Partner with administrators and department heads on financial performance and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in healthcare or skilled nursing (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid billing and insurance claims
Proficiency in accounting, payroll, and business office systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
