Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff members using Dentrix.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all communications.
- .Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting customer support inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while ensuring all office procedures are followed efficiently.
Qualifications
