SAP Project Manager Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead SAP initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain environments. This role is responsible for end to end delivery of SAP programs supporting plant operations, logistics, materials management, and financial integration. This position works closely with SAP functional consultants, data teams, and plant stakeholders to ensure successful execution of multi year initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects across manufacturing and supply chain domains
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate SAP functional consultants, data resources, and external vendors
• Partner with plant and supply chain leadership to align SAP solutions with operational needs
• Oversee SAP deployments, enhancements, and integrations across multiple plants
• Drive issue resolution and ensure on time delivery of milestones
• Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 7 to 10 plus years of SAP project management experience
• Hands on experience managing SAP implementations in manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, FI, CO
• Experience working in plant and supply chain settings
• Proven ability to manage multi year SAP programs
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  
  

Preferred Experience

• OEM or Tier 1 automotive background
• Experience working with outsourced delivery models
• SAP S4HANA program experience
