This position works closely with SAP functional consultants, data teams, and plant stakeholders to ensure successful execution of multi year initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP projects across manufacturing and supply chain domains
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate SAP functional consultants, data resources, and external vendors
- Partner with plant and supply chain leadership to align SAP solutions with operational needs
- Oversee SAP deployments, enhancements, and integrations across multiple plants
- Drive issue resolution and ensure on time delivery of milestones
- Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership
- 7 to 10 plus years of SAP project management experience
- Hands on experience managing SAP implementations in manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, FI, CO
- Experience working in plant and supply chain settings
- Proven ability to manage multi year SAP programs
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- OEM or Tier 1 automotive background
- Experience working with outsourced delivery models
- SAP S4HANA program experience
